A residential development comprising six homes was created at Müschweg in Breitenbach. Four detached houses and one semi-detached house form five individual buildings within a development planned as a whole.
The different house types create individual living environments and give the development a varied overall character. Now completed, Müschweg is one of Excello’s realised residential developments.
The development
The residential development at Müschweg comprises four detached houses and one semi-detached house with a total of six homes.
Rather than repeating a single house type, the development brings different ways of living together within one coherent design. The result is a small-scale residential development with individual homes and a clear sense of connection between them.
The houses
The five buildings differ in size, layout and design, allowing the development to accommodate different living needs.
More detailed information is available for House 2. The detached house offers approximately 150 m² of living space as well as a hobby room and cellar. A double carport provides two covered parking spaces.
Private outdoor spaces that extend the home
The houses have individually designed outdoor areas. For House 2, the documented features include a 262 m² plot, a covered seating area and a terrace on the top floor.
These spaces extend the home outdoors on different levels, providing additional areas for spending time outside, leisure and privacy.
