Excello Immobilien AG develops residential property in the Basel region. We recognise the potential of plots and existing properties, turn it into viable projects and carry them through from the first idea to turnkey completion.
We look at a property project as more than a construction task. Location, use, economic viability, planning, financing, execution and marketing all have to work together for the end result to be a property that works and holds its value for the long term.
Excello brings these areas together. For planning and construction we work closely with Planungs- und Baubüro Stenz AG. Marketing and sales of our properties are handled together with octagon immo ag.
